Process Pigging System
The Product Displacement Pig' (PDP) design offers the ability of batching
and displacement of products in lines with 1.5-degree bends and standard full-branch tees. With the pig's multiple sealing discs, cross-contamination and bypass are no longer a problem. The
sealing distance allows for spanning of full-branch tees without losing seal. Its tapered shaft and bumper noses on each end allow the pig to negotiate sharp radius bends.
Applications for this system include loading and unloading lines, processing plants, packaging areas, raw material handling and storage, blending areas, and
transportation in the oil & gas, food & beverage, chemical & petrochemical, cosmetic & pharmaceutical, and ink & paint industries.
