The proprietary Clean-Pro synthetic media in EcoClean filters not only improves the filtration efficiency or Beta ratio, it extends oil life up to 200% with reduced engine wear because the oil is cleaner.

In addition, laboratory and field tests confirm that EcoClean filters consistently outperform their original equipment counterparts in efficiency, capacity and initial restriction!  (Standard models offer either 2 to 10 micron filtration.)

Low initial restriction means the EcoClean filter will be less likely to build up a high differential pressure to activate the engine’s internal bypass. This is important during cold start ups when the oil viscosity is elevated.  The result is EcoClean filters are always working to provide superior engine protection.
