Cost Savings
Here's How Much You Save
EcoClean Filters Save you Money Four Ways
Although the initial cost of the EcoClean filter is higher than a conventional spin-on filter, you can realize
significant cost savings the first year and major saving sin the following years.* That's because with EcoClean cleanable synthetic filters you can:
- extend oil drain periods and reduce operating costs
- eliminate spin-on oil filter purchases
- eliminates draining, crushing and filter disposal costs
- protect and extend the life of your engines
In-Place Cleaning Saves Time and Money
The Clean-Pro synthetic media can be cleaned repeatedly. That means you save time and money!
What's more, you don't have to remove EcoClean filters for cleaning. In fact, they're easier to clean than
a conventional spin-on filter is to replace. Simply clean the EcoClean filter when you would normally replace your conventional filter.
Best of all, EcoClean filters virtually eliminate the mess of changing, draining, crushing and disposing of spin-on filters.
Clean the EcoClean Filter In Three Quick and Easy Steps:
- Attach a quick disconnect hose to the EcoClean filter drain valve. Place the other end of the
hose in a container. (Note: Quick disconnect hose and container kits are available from Nelson.)
- Remove the air valve cap on the EcoClean filter and attach an air hose chuck.
- Apply air pressure until oil flow stops.
The air purges the oil and the contaminants out of the filter and into the container. Your filter is now
clean and ready to reuse! Just replace the air cap, remove the drain hose and top off the oil level. It's
that simple with the EcoClean filters, there's no disassembly, no special tools, no messy solvents, no expensive ultrasonic cleaning. |
